13C is a car rental marketplace and software platform built in Cebu, Philippines. Cars are owned, rented out and handed over by independent rental businesses, so the fastest answer about a car or a booking comes from the business itself. For everything else, we're at support@13c.online.
Renting a car
- Questions about a car, delivery, a driver or a price: open the car's page and use Message. The business answers in your 13C inbox.
- A booking you already requested: it's under My bookings, with the business's contact details once confirmed.
- Your account, your uploaded license or ID, or something that looks wrong on a store page: email support@13c.online.
Running a rental business on 13C
- Before you sign up: read 13C for rental businesses, try the sample store, or ask the assistant on this page.
- Verification, your subscription, or your store: email support@13c.online from the address on your account.
