How car rental businesses can manage online bookings

Last updated Oct 24, 2026

What moving from Facebook messages and paper contracts to an online storefront actually involves, and how 13C's tools fit together.

1. One public page for your business

Your storefront on 13C lives at 13c.online/your-business and shows your logo, cover, fleet, pickup locations and delivery areas, policies, FAQs and reviews. Each car gets its own page with photos, rates, deposit, mileage terms and a calendar of the dates already taken. Search engines can index these pages once your business is verified and the store is published, and you can share the link anywhere you already talk to customers.

2. Inquiries in one inbox

Questions from any car page land in one inbox, with the car and dates attached. When a conversation turns into a booking, you propose it from the chat: dates, car, driver or self-drive, and the price. The renter accepts, and it becomes a booking request without anyone retyping details.

3. Availability without double bookings

Block dates for maintenance or for bookings you took elsewhere. Overlapping bookings are rejected by the database itself, not just the screen, so two people can't confirm the same car for the same days. A calendar shows every car's bookings and blocks together.

4. Rental agreements signed on a phone

Each confirmed booking generates a rental agreement from the booking details and your policies; on the Business plan you can add your own clauses. The renter reads and signs it on their phone, and both sides keep the signed PDF. Renters upload their license and ID to 13C, and you see them for your bookings. You can read the sample agreement.

5. Payments stay yours

13C does not take a commission or hold renters' money. You list the payment methods you accept (cash, GCash, Maya, bank transfer, card), optionally ask for a down payment to hold dates, and record what was paid on the booking. What 13C bills is the subscription: a 25-day free trial with no card, then Pro at ₱499/month for up to 5 vehicles, or Business at ₱1,500/month for an unlimited fleet with team accounts, fleet records and advanced analytics. Details are on the pricing section.

6. Getting started

  1. Create your rental business and set up the store: name, logo, colors, pickup locations, policies.
  2. Add your cars with photos and rates.
  3. Submit verification: a representative's ID, one business document (DTI, SEC, Mayor's permit, barangay clearance or BIR 2303) and a dated photo of one of your cars. 13C reviews it before your store can take bookings.
  4. Publish, share the link, and answer inquiries from the dashboard.
